Attorney Profile

Camelia's practice emphasizes estate planning and trust, decedent estate administration, tax, and family law. She started her college education at the University of Florence, Italy, studying Architecture. She completed her Bachelor and Master degrees at San Francisco State University. After working for several years, she entered Santa Clara University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school, Camelia participated in the East San Jose Law Clinic, receiving a Pro Bono plaque from the law school in recognition of her volunteer work and obtained a "Public Interest" certificate. Additionally, she clerked at "Associate Dependency Attorneys," where she gained useful experience in the area of dependency. She then worked at the office of Santa Clara County Counsel in the Probate unit. Camelia worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mary Jo Levinger at the Superior Court of California. Camelia is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law from the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
